  • Operate machinery in alignment with production schedules and automation protocols.
  • Ensure machinery functions at peak efficiency by managing product flow and inventory effectively.
  • Diagnose and resolve equipment issues to maintain high-quality output in line with production timelines.
  • Monitor machine performance to identify defects or operational failures, making necessary adjustments.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on machinery.
  • Perform minor electrical and mechanical repairs, alerting Process Technicians for major service needs.
  • Adhere to production standards to maintain output rates.
  • Analyze blueprints, specifications, and work orders to determine operational sequences.
  • Document maintenance activities for all equipment and execute preventative maintenance as per manufacturer guidelines or as needed.
  • Oversee machinery output and performance.
  • Respond to maintenance requests, providing support in troubleshooting and operational tasks.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and performance tracking as part of the role.
