Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiologic Technologist II to join our team at University of Maryland Medical System. As a key member of our interventional radiology team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of radiographic procedures under general supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform radiographic procedures in CT, Mammography, Angiography/Interventional, or Ultrasound (Sonography) under general supervision.
  • Assist in the diagnosis of disease and/or injury through the use of imaging technology.
  • Work collaboratively with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient procedures and imaging results.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest imaging technologies and techniques.
Requirements
  • Current Maryland license in good standing as a Radiologic Technologist.
  • Current certification with ARRT required.
  • CT Technologist: CT registry with ARRT Preferred, required with 1 year of hire date.
  • Ultrasound Technologist/Sonographer: RDMS certification or ARRT certification preferred, required within 1 year of hire date.
  • Angiography/Interventional: ARRT Certification preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in radiologic technology.
  • Neuro Interventional Radiology experience preferred.
