We are on the lookout for a Regional Facilities Maintenance Manager to enhance our Facilities team.

The primary objective of this role is to oversee and direct the daily operations and performance of our internal team, which includes Equipment Technicians, Maintenance Coordinators, Maintenance Technicians, Facilities Technicians, and external service providers. Through effective leadership, coaching, associate management, accountability, customer service, project involvement, process execution, and the exploration and implementation of innovative processes and technologies, the aim is to optimize the Repair & Maintenance of our facilities. This position acts as the liaison between Facilities Maintenance & Warehousing and Retail Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Directing initiatives that sustain facilities and equipment, managing expenses, and ensuring equipment availability to support sales.
  • Planning, sourcing, managing, and successfully executing all assigned tasks for new locations, renovations, and special projects to align with the company's strategic goals for profitable sales growth.
  • Coordinating with Facilities Maintenance and Warehousing, other departments, and external vendors regarding the scheduling of equipment installations, maintenance, repairs, or replacements.
  • Providing continuous support for departmental objectives, deliverables, and managing operational costs related to maintenance and repairs.

Year-End Bonus

To acknowledge associates for their contributions throughout the year, a Holiday Bonus is provided in November. In the first year of continuous employment, the bonus equals 15 hours of pay, and in the second year, it equals one week's pay if the associate remains employed through the bonus check issuance date. In subsequent years, the bonus is equivalent to two weeks' pay.

Required Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree in Business or a 2-year certification from a Trade School or equivalent.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in construction management OR three (3) years in service management AND five (5) years of equipment field repair experience.
  • Proficiency in equipment servicing, including electrical, plumbing, power generation, mechanical systems, natural and propane gas, and general construction.
  • Understanding of Service Agreements and Contract Management.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends as required.
  • Availability to travel overnight occasionally.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a four-year certification from a Trade School.
  • Five (5) or more years of experience in construction management OR five (5) or more years in service management OR seven (7) years of equipment field repair experience.
  • General Contractor License.
  • Electrical Contractor License.
  • Familiarity with Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Methodologies.
