Dedicated Paraprofessional Wanted for Special Education Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate paraprofessional to join our team at ProCare Therapy.
About the PositionThis full-time role involves working closely with special education teachers to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide support to students with diverse learning needs.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with special education teachers to develop and implement effective IEPs.
- Provide direct assistance to students in academic and non-academic settings to enhance their engagement and success.
- Work with teachers and staff to create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that fosters student growth and development.
- Monitor and assess student progress, delivering feedback and personalized support to help them meet their goals.
- Assist in managing classroom dynamics to ensure a safe and effective learning space.
