Job Summary

The Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Adult Parole Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our parole operations team, you will be responsible for supervising and guiding adult parolees to ensure public safety and support their successful reintegration into society.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and monitor adult parolees to ensure compliance with parole conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized case plans to support parolees' rehabilitation and reintegration
  • Collaborate with law enforcement and community partners to ensure public safety
  • Provide guidance and support to parolees to address their criminogenic needs
  • Conduct regular home visits and field checks to monitor parolees' compliance

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in parole or correctional services
  • Strong knowledge of parole laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Working Conditions

This position requires frequent travel to parolees' homes and community locations. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
