Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a kitchen management role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Proven track record of success in managing kitchen operations, including food quality, safety, and inventory management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly and effectively.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
