Job Overview:

Pride Global is seeking an experienced Part-Time Business Office Associate to provide financial support to our team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of general accounting principles and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Job:
  • This is a temporary, part-time position that requires a minimum of 20 hours per week.
  • The ideal candidate will have previous experience in accounting or a related field.
Main Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Oversight (60%):
  • Support the financial resources team with accounts payable, cash management, and reconciliations.
Cash Handling (10%):
  • Process cash deposits for the Business Office.
Reconciliations (10%):
  • Conduct monthly account reconciliations and resolve inconsistencies in financial reporting.
Other Duties (20%):
  • Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
Compensation and Benefits:
