Job Description

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with H2 Health, you will have the opportunity to work with the pediatric population and our highly trained interdisciplinary team to enhance life quality and provide the most effective intervention course for every child.

You will be responsible for completing supervision and program oversight to our skilled Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and providing individual and small group instruction to children aged 2-18.

Services are provided in clinical and community settings, such as public and private schools.

Our team is driven by clinicians who empower one another to grow, innovate, and deliver exceptional patient care.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited program and certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Prior experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome.
