**Key Responsibilities**
- Guest Services: Operate the front desk, assist guests with inquiries, and provide efficient services during pre-arrival, registration, stay, checkout, and post-departure.
- Communication Skills: Deliver exceptional guest service, warmly welcome all guests, and professionally handle requests, complaints, and feedback.
- Operational Excellence: Efficiently manage the front desk operations, ensure timely check-in and check-out, and maintain knowledge of hotel policies.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience: One year of related experience, preferably in a hotel setting.
- Language Skills: Bilingual - English/Spanish.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, and superior interpersonal and customer service skills.
