Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse (RN) is a vital member of our healthcare team, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive patient experience. The RN prepares equipment and assists physicians during examinations and treatments, administering prescribed medications and monitoring patient vital signs. The RN observes and maintains records on patient care, condition, reaction, and progress, participating in the planning and implementing of patient care as a primary nurse, associate nurse, or team member.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with the ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
  • One-year experience in nursing preferred.
  • Current Texas State RN License.
  • CPR (American Heart Association) certification.
  • ACLS required within 6 months of hire/transfer date.
  • Alice: PALS within 18 months of hire/transfer date.
  • Surgical: PALS within 18 months of hire/transfer date.

Work Type:

Per Diem As Needed.
