Your Growth Path:
The Clean Room Manufacturing Project Manager will lead initiatives to recommend, strategize, and execute a diverse range of projects that bolster the organization. This role entails the formulation of comprehensive programs and process directives aimed at enhancing productivity and quality within plant operations, optimizing facility usage, and refining equipment layout, operational analysis for continuous improvement, product quality, labor engineering, and budgeting.
- Engages in the development and analysis of operational and capital budgets, along with departmental goals and objectives, striving to meet or surpass these benchmarks.
- Monitors ongoing project plans to ensure adherence to schedules, costs, and quality standards.
- Plans and oversees projects to guarantee efficient production methodologies and workflows, as well as optimal utilization of space and equipment.
- Possesses extensive knowledge of equipment and processes, consistently updating expertise to remain informed on industry advancements.
- Fosters and maintains positive relationships with procurement, suppliers, and vendors concerning equipment and materials.
- Utilizes Data Analytics for Process Mapping.
- Formulates strategies to enhance equipment efficiency and availability.
- Conducts regular meetings (weekly or monthly) to review issues, progress, and achievements of projects.
Your Contribution to Our Future:
- Proven experience managing projects exceeding $100M.
- Expertise in Clean Room manufacturing or related environments (e.g., Paint/HVAC facilities).
- Willingness to travel as required.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant role is essential.
- Familiarity with SAP systems.
- Experience with Procore software is advantageous.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
