Job Summary

Jobs for Humanity is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team. As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products meets customer specifications and company production standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and palletize ingredients and filling materials
  • Unload and load raw materials into equipment
  • Move and palletize ingredients, filling batches from the kitchen and meat room area
  • Verify code dates and labels
  • Rotate into any line position as needed due to absences, breaks, and plant safety requirements
  • Notify lead or supervisory staff if unusual operations are identified
Requirements
  • 0-2 years of similar work experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to keep up with machine output production
  • Ability to understand and follow verbal instructions
  • Must be able to work overtime and weekends
Physical Demands

The successful candidate must be able to:

  • Bend and lift up to 50 pounds repetitively, while using proper lifting techniques
  • Stand and walk for extended periods of time up to 12 hours a day
  • Exposure to temperatures that range from freezing to sub-freezing (coolers, freezers, etc.)
  • Climb stairs, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach at, above, and below shoulders
  • Repetitive use of hands
Pay and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive hourly rate of $16.85 plus shift differential.
