Job Summary

As a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing safe, quality, and best-in-class care for individuals living with Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) at New Season Treatment Centers. Our team is committed to addressing the underlying causes of OUD and providing a continuum of care that supports patients on their journey to recovery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medication pursuant to physician order and record dosage administered in the medical record.
  • Conduct daily medication inventory counts and maintain absolute accuracy in accounting for medication supplied or administered.
  • Assume responsibility for safeguarding medication inventory and ensuring proper disposal of medical waste.
  • Collect fees and perform daily cash reconciliation in the absence of a cashier position.
  • Receive and verify incoming medication shipments, advising necessary staff of any discrepancies.
  • Observe patient demeanor prior to dosing and communicate any issues or concerns to the Medical Director or Registered Nurse.
  • Administer lab tests as required, including patient vital signs and TB tests, and collect data for review by the Medical Director or RN.
  • Schedule and screen patients for Medical Director appointments and assist in collecting data for the history and physical.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient medical paperwork and comply with federal and state privacy rules.
Requirements
  • Active nursing license in the state where the clinic is located.
  • Minimum of 1 year of direct patient contact experience, with prior experience in a clinical environment preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with great attention to detail and accuracy in performing daily functions.
Working Conditions

New Season Treatment Centers operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with moderate everyday noise. The ability to work in an open work area and perform other duties as required is essential.
