Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive cleaning duties in designated areas, ensuring all tasks are completed within the allocated time frame.
  • Utilize appropriate cleaning techniques and materials to ensure a safe and sanitary environment.
  • Conduct sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming of floors, hallways, and office spaces.
  • Dust and wipe down furniture and surfaces to maintain a clean appearance.
  • Manage waste disposal by emptying and cleaning wastebaskets and trash containers, as well as handling recycling materials.
  • Sanitize restrooms and refill dispensers as necessary.
  • Operate cleaning equipment, including power vacuums, while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Maintain an organized supply cart and ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked appropriately.
  • Assist in preparing facilities for various events and meetings.
  • Follow all instructions provided by the Account Manager and adhere to the established daily cleaning routine.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or unusual occurrences to the Account Manager promptly.
  • Uphold a positive work environment through effective communication and collaboration with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications:
  • Must successfully pass a federal background clearance process.
  • Previous experience in custodial or cleaning roles is preferred.
