Sales Strategy
As a Commercial Growth Specialist at Snowflake Computing, your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities within your assigned territory. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing clients and building strong relationships with key decision-makers to expand our presence in their organizations.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with Snowflake's overall business objectives
- Manage a portfolio of 50-70 clients within a specific industry, building strong relationships and identifying new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies and vendors, and position Snowflake as a leader in the market
Requirements
- 1+ years of sales experience full cycle sales or equivalent business to business sales experience
- Proven ability to independently manage and develop client relationships
- Ability to drive consistent activity, pipeline development and quota achievement
- Experience determining customer requirements and presenting appropriate solutions
- Proactive, independent thinking and a high energy/positive attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
