Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Safety and Well-being: Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to all safety regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), ISO standards, and industry best practices.
  • Product Quality and Consistency: Maintain the highest standards of product quality by ensuring accurate production records, proper raw material utilization, and adherence to established quality control procedures.
  • Line Operation and Efficiency: Optimize production line operations to maximize efficiency, productivity, and output while minimizing waste and downtime.
  • Shift Staffing and Management: Effectively manage shift staffing, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation, to ensure seamless production operations.
  • Metrics and Performance Monitoring: Collect and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to ensure performance meets or exceeds established targets.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 30 pounds consistently and higher occasionally.
  • Work Schedule: Willingness to work a rotating 12-hour shift schedule (day/night).
  • Education and Experience: Experience as a packer/mixer/lead operator and basic math skills to complete calculations and measurements.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer skills to input data and interface with Material Management Systems.

  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Ability to lead in a fair and predictable manner, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve production-related issues.
