Job Title: Production Supervisor

As a Production Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing our manufacturing operations, ensuring that production equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead a team of electrical and mechanical assembly operators in the assembly, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing equipment.
  • Work closely with production teams to ensure equipment is optimized for efficient manufacturing processes.
  • Plan and organize production schedules to meet customer demand and production targets.
  • Monitor output against schedule and adjust resources (personnel, equipment) as necessary.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Process Engineering, Maintenance, and other manufacturing departments to identify problem areas and align activities with production goals.
  • Monitor production processes and quality control measures to ensure product quality standards are met.
  • Provide guidance on technologies, establish performance goals, and ensure team is well-trained on manufacturing processes and operations.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma required; and diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering is desired.
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisor or leadership position.
  • Proficiency with computer and software tools and strong math skills required.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet production deadlines.
