Hospice Nurse

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality hospice care to patients in Philadelphia County.

Responsibilities:
- Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient needs
- Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
- Perform assigned duties, including medication administration, wound care, and treatments
- Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
Qualifications:
- Current license as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania
- Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical experience
- Prior home care experience strongly preferred
