About the Role

The Restaurant Assistant Manager will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring the highest standards of quality in our Fish House Restaurant. This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires a strong leader who can motivate and inspire our team to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service and quality
  • Monitor and control inventory, labor costs, and other operational metrics
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and execute menus and promotions
  • Drive innovation and creativity in our restaurant operations
Requirements
  • Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive results and improve efficiency
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and labor control
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
