Sunbelt Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated School Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to become a vital part of our educational team. This role is ideal for individuals who have a genuine enthusiasm for supporting children and addressing their educational and behavioral requirements.
As an RBT, you will collaborate closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to execute behavior intervention strategies, gather data, and provide direct assistance to students facing autism spectrum disorder and various behavioral challenges within a school environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a caseload of students in grades K-6.
- Document and analyze student behavior and progress.
- Work in partnership with educators, therapists, and other professionals within the educational framework.
- Uphold confidentiality and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Possession of a valid California Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
