- Implement medically prescribed interventions and delegate tasks to nursing staff as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient care and progress, maintaining accurate and detailed records.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrollment in a BSN or advanced degree program, with a BSN required within 4 years of hire date.
- Current licensure as a registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing, with eNLC (Enhanced Nurse License Compact) license applicable.
- BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
- National certification in area of specialty preferred.
- One year of hospital nursing experience preferred.
