Customer Service Representative

As a key member of our Service Department, the Customer Service Representative will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily schedules. This individual will be responsible for coordinating schedules, monitoring employee productivity, and enforcing compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Model leadership and excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
- Maintain job boards for assigned departments to ensure accuracy and efficiency of routes
- Responsible for quality of inbound/outbound telephone inquiries to ensure accurate information is provided professionally and consistently
- Perform daily/weekly/monthly maintenance tasks as assigned by manager
- Resolve conflicts/issues that may arise and manage adherence to all other associated company policies and procedures
- Manage and maintain department budgets and actively seek out ways to increase efficiency and reduce costs within the department
- Create and foster an atmosphere that promotes open communication and positive morale
- Assist managers and employees from other departments as needed to resolve issues within area of expertise
- Drive new company initiatives and be an active, consistent participant in weekend coverage rotation
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED is required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in dispatching/scheduling required
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a customer service environment required
- Drug free

Work Environment:
This is an in-office position with a standard 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday, with one weekend rotation per month.
