Marcum Search is conducting a confidential search for a highly skilled Firm Administrator to join our boutique law firm client. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in law firm operations, including HR, admin, and marketing leadership, with experience in a law firm or legal industry required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless workflow and operational efficiency.
- Human Resources Management: Handle recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Staff Coordination: Coordinate and support administrative and support staff, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment.
- Administrative Leadership: Oversee office management, including facilities, supplies, and technology. Implement and enforce firm policies and procedures.
- Billing and Financial Management: Manage billing processes, including invoicing, collections, and financial reporting. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the firm's services. Manage the firm's online presence, including the website and social media.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a legal environment, preferably within a law firm.
- Strong understanding of law firm operations, including HR, billing, and marketing.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in office management software and legal practice management systems.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Education and Experience:
