Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a comprehensive understanding of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity principles, are essential. A commitment to continuous improvement and staying abreast of the latest security trends, technologies, and emerging risks is crucial.

Location:

  • This position is based at the corporate headquarters.
  • Hybrid work schedule: three days remote and two days onsite.
  • Minimal travel may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitates the IT Risk Management (ITRM) framework in collaboration with business units.
  • Leads discussions regarding IT and security risks with stakeholders.
  • Manages and participates in ITRM program activities, including tracking and reporting on IT and security risks and remediation efforts.
  • Conducts reviews and risk evaluations of new or existing information resources and technology services.
  • Develops and oversees the reporting of various risk and control indicators, including inherent risk and control effectiveness.
  • Supports the creation, implementation, and maintenance of risk assessment frameworks.
  • Engages in continuous program improvement initiatives, including requirements gathering and risk reporting.
  • Prepares timely status reports and presentations.
  • Collaborates effectively with other departments within FNF and its subsidiaries.
  • Performs additional ITRM duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or business administration, finance, or a related discipline, supplemented by relevant industry training and experience.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in IT and security risk management or a related field.
  • Expertise in conducting comprehensive risk assessments and facilitating risk workshops.
  • Strong understanding of IT and security risks, processes, and controls, with the ability to engage in technical discussions.
  • Experience in assessing risks and controls related to application security.
  • Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and manage work while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Capability to identify emerging IT and security risks and evaluate their impact.
  • Familiarity with IT and security frameworks such as COBIT, NIST CSF, and ISO 27001.
  • Proficient in preparing presentations, status reports, and process documentation.
  • Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant security certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, or CRISC.
  • Experience with GRC tools like BWise or SAI360.
  • Knowledge of the SOC2 process and associated controls.
  • Familiarity with Unified Compliance Framework or similar IT/Security frameworks.
