Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective retailers, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities, analyzing data and preparing sales reports to inform strategic decisions.
  • Engage with potential retailers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with retailers, prospects, and vendors, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Organize and lead monthly webinars, events, and training sessions for retailers, staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitors.
  • Stay current with market trends and competitors, identifying areas for improvement and new business opportunities.
  • Attend workshops and training sessions to enhance technical and professional skills.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders, including sales staff and other teams.
  • Attend sales staff meetings to analyze sales tools, programs, and trends, driving business growth and improvement.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals, taking initiative and working independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of sales or marketing experience, with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English (bilingualism is a plus).
  • Proficient in MS Office and HubSpot CRM software.
  • Strong negotiation and marketing skills, with a solid understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  • Ability to connect with a wider audience on social media, register users on the app and website, and close deals with business owners and decision-makers.
  • Adaptability and growth in a competitive environment, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations, effectively communicating with customers, vendors, and company employees.
  • Passionate about sales, with enthusiasm for connecting with store owners and driving business growth.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and result-driven, with proven project management skills and excellent managerial abilities.
