Job Summary

We are seeking an Office Clerk / Shipping Clerk to support our team at Lindgren-Pitman, Inc. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, experience working in an office environment, and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities
  • Answer phones, assist customers with questions, and direct calls
  • Process incoming credit card orders, distribute paperwork to the correct department
  • Process online website orders via Shopify POS, including pulling and boxing orders, and printing labels
  • Prepare, label, and ship email orders using online software such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL
Qualifications
  • Great customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with computer programs, such as Microsoft Office, email, and Google
  • Comfortable learning new software applications
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred
