  • Arrange guest amenities such as toiletries, service directories, and turndown items appropriately.
  • Complete special projects or reasonable requests as directed by management.
  • Understand and implement the hotel's emergency protocols and loss prevention strategies.
  • Sort, count, fold, and transport linens as required.
  • Make beds using clean linens and dust furniture to maintain a pristine environment.
  • Restock supplies, including drinking glasses and writing materials.
  • Reorganize furniture, hang drapes, roll carpets, and replace light bulbs as needed.
  • Dispose of waste and clean ashtrays regularly.
  • Transport trash to designated disposal areas.
  • Refill bathroom supplies and maintain cleanliness of bathroom floors.
  • Execute all tasks safely and monitor the actions of colleagues.
  • Clean common areas such as lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, and stairways upon request.
  • Maintain cleanliness of rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
  • Wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills as necessary.
  • Stock and replenish linen rooms when required.
  • Sweep patios and balconies, ensuring cobwebs are removed.
