About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at JAG Physical Therapy. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries and illnesses, and achieve their goals for optimal health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to identify their strengths and weaknesses, and develop personalized treatment plans to address their needs.
  • Implement and execute treatment plans, using a variety of techniques and modalities, including therapeutic exercise, joint mobilization, and modalities.
  • Provide education and training to patients and their support systems, to empower them to take an active role in their recovery.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care and optimal outcomes.
  • Document patient care data, including initial evaluations, daily notes, reassessments, and discharge plans, to ensure accurate and timely billing and reimbursement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy required; Doctorate degree preferred.
  • Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
  • Completed state-regulated CEU requirements in the state of practice.
  • Valid CPR license.
  • Experience with EMR software preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong clinical decision-making skills.
  • Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success.
