**Our Mission:**

To promote a healthy and supportive environment for our employees and clients, we are seeking a Health and Wellness Program Coordinator to lead our Employer Wellbeing Programs. This role involves driving strategic initiatives that support the health and well-being of both our members and employees.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead employer wellbeing initiatives to improve health outcomes, accessibility, and efficiency
  2. Manage vendor processes from implementation to completion
  3. Develop and manage reports to improve member experience, care quality, and reduce costs
  4. Collaborate with various teams to align wellness initiatives
  5. Work closely with data and technical teams to support vendor needs and internal workflows
  6. Manage and track clinical, quality, and coding documentation for program and vendor accountability related to employer wellbeing
  7. Support budgeting, planning, and process optimization for employer wellness programs
  8. Responsible for managing stakeholder relationships to foster engagement and program success

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Health Education, Health Promotion, or Related Field, with 5 years of experience in Employer Wellbeing
  • OR Associate's degree in Health Education, Health Promotion, or Related Field, or Related Field, with 8+ years experience in Employer Wellbeing
  • OR High School equivalency with 11 years of experience in Employer Wellbeing
  • 3 years of health care teaching and/or training experience
  • Certified Health Education Specialist or other Wellness Certification
