**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Compensation Specialist to join our team. This is a critical role that requires a high degree of expertise in compensation design, implementation, and administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation roles, preferably with 5-7 years of progressive experience.

About the Position:

You will be responsible for leading the development and administration of our compensation programs, ensuring they are equitable, competitive, and compliant with legal and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with our corporate compensation team, business HR colleagues, and company leaders to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and administer various compensation programs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure programs align with broader organizational and business unit objectives.
  • Develop procedures and guidelines to ensure programs are internally equitable.
  • Monitor market practices and developments to ensure programs are competitive.
  • Stay informed of federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.
  • Utilize project and change management skills to guide compensation program development and implementation efforts.
  • Lead compensation-related special projects and provide program support and compensation consulting support for the corporate compensation team.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in compensation roles, preferably with 5-7 years of progressive experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in team leadership and mentoring more junior specialists.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
  • Able to thrive, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced HR environment.

We Offer:

A competitive salary range of $86,000.00 - $142,000.00. A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and wellbeing benefits. A 401(k) contribution and pension plan.
