Key Responsibilities:

  • Review construction plans and specifications to ensure project scopes of work are clearly defined.
  • Lead client, architect, and consultant meetings to maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Oversee safety protocols, budget management, and quality control to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Initiate and manage the monthly pay application process and follow up on payments.
  • Prepare subcontractor contracts and maintain up-to-date project documentation.
  • Acquire pricing for change orders, value engineering, and allowance reconciliation.
  • Utilize Procore and Microsoft Project to manage all phases of construction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and respond to changing demands.
  • Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project.
  • Ability to lead teams, make timely decisions, and communicate effectively.
  • Strong can-do attitude and willingness to learn and be self-directed to take on new initiatives.
  • Ability to work on-site in Boston, Massachusetts.
