About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a rapidly growing Construction company in the Massachusetts area. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and documenting day-to-day job site activities, managing teams in alignment with project plans. You will provide constructive feedback and mentorship to promote a collaborative and high-performance environment. Additionally, you will facilitate strong collaboration through communication with the Project Management team and identify and address challenges to collaborate for effective solutions.
About You:
We are looking for a proven Construction Superintendent with a strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards. You should have excellent communication and collaboration skills, a commitment to delivering successful projects on time and within budget, and a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or any related field. Experience working in a superintendent role, preferably with MS Projects and Procore, is highly preferred.
