Job Overview

The Administrative Assistant will provide critical support to the warehouse team by researching, tracking, and analyzing data to prepare reports. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills to work with various computer applications and databases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze data from multiple sources to compile reports required for business needs.
  • Prepare, update, and distribute daily, monthly production logs, spreadsheets, and reports for internal and external personnel.
  • Track and compile cost data for projects, including specials audits and repacks.

Requirements:
  • M.S. Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Strong PC experience, including 2 years of word processing and spreadsheet experience.
  • Ability to build databases from scratch, edit, and modify existing databases.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
