  • Cost Control and Efficiency
    • Manage food, paper, labor, and other cost controls.
  • Guest and Employee Relations
    • Immediately resolve guest complaints or requests in a respectful manner.
    • Inform the manager of guest issues.
    • Effectively direct crew in order to maintain service and quality.
    • Take appropriate action to maintain compliance with the employee handbook, store policies, and to maintain an environment free of harassment, discrimination, and inappropriate behavior.
    • Immediately resolve employee concerns and complaints in a respectful manner.
    • Inform the manager of complaints.
