We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Medical Surgical Unit. As an LPN at Mercy, you'll have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Responsibilities- Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care under the supervision of a licensed healthcare professional.
- Maintain professional accountability for provision of patient care and coordinate care with other departments as needed.
- Ensure patient rights and confidentiality of patient information are maintained at all times.
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
- Current LPN license within the hiring state.
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.
