We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Northfield Retirement Community. As a Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents, providing personalized care and support to help them maintain their independence and dignity.

Responsibilities
  • Provide hands-on personal care to residents, including assistance with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and using the bathroom
  • Assist with healthcare-related tasks, such as checking vital signs and administering medication
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure high-quality care and services
Requirements
  • Prior nursing or medical experience is required
  • Must be 16 years or older to apply
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 35lbs
  • Ability to pass MN Background Check
