Position Overview:

We are in search of a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to become an integral part of our interdisciplinary hospice team, delivering exceptional care to patients facing serious health challenges.


About Us:

Kansas City Hospice and Palliative Care is a prominent non-profit organization with over 40 years of experience, committed to providing comprehensive support to patients and their families during difficult times.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver compassionate care and support to patients and their families.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including mobility, personal hygiene, and nutrition.
  • Provide education and emotional support to patients and loved ones.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications:
  • Valid and unencumbered CNA license in Missouri and Kansas.
  • Completion of Hospice Aide testing as required by the agency.
  • Preferred experience of at least one year in hospice care.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to resolving concerns promptly.
  • CPR certification is mandatory.
