Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in or provide consultation on moderately complex projects and deliverables within the realm of Technology Business Systems Consulting, contributing to extensive planning efforts related to these deliverables.
  • Assess and analyze moderately complex challenges in Technology Business Systems Consulting that necessitate a thorough evaluation of various factors.
  • Aid in resolving moderately complex issues and collaborate with others to fulfill Technology Business Systems Consulting deliverables, utilizing a solid understanding of functions, policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in Business Systems Data, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work or consulting experience, training, military service, or education.
  • 3+ years of experience in Change Management with a focus on technology.
  • 4+ years of experience in a customer service role, whether internal or external.

Technical Skills:

  • Intermediate+ proficiency in Service Now, particularly advantageous if the candidate possesses specific knowledge of the change module.
  • Intermediate+ knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
