We are seeking a skilled Laborer to support the day-to-day operations of our asphalt construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with general construction tasks, including loading and unloading materials, digging trenches, and operating hand and power tools
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to industry standards and company policies
  • Follow established safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment
  • Collaborate with site supervisors and other construction staff to ensure project success and meet client expectations
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in construction practices, identifying opportunities for process enhancements
  • Perform other duties as assigned by site supervisors or project managers
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and measurement
  • Experience in construction or a related industry, with a focus on asphalt operations
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, and working in various weather conditions
  • Basic math and measurement skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team, with excellent communication skills
