Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at North County Nursing & Rehabilitation. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as eating, toileting, and transferring
  • Monitor residents' conditions and report any changes to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse
  • Administer treatments and medications as directed by the nursing staff
  • Document resident information and care provided in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements
  • Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with laws of this state
  • Must possess a 10th grade education
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
  • Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served
