We are seeking an experienced Medical Director for our Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Program at Walden Behavioral Care. This esteemed individual will lead our multidisciplinary team in delivering high-quality patient care and advancing the field of psychiatry.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in child and adolescent psychiatry, as well as exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. A proven track record of success in a similar role, combined with a commitment to excellence, is essential for this position.

Key Opportunities:

  • Estimated annual salary: $275,000 - $325,000
  • CME funding: $2,500
  • Teaching and research opportunities
  • Possibility of licensure in MA or ability to obtain

Essential Qualifications:

  • Board Certification (BC)/ Board Eligibility (BE) in Psychiatry
  • Fellowship training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the field
  • Desired knowledge of Eating Disorders
  • Open to integrative medicine approaches
  • Flexible work environment, including onsite, Residential, and Inpatient settings
