Job Summary

The Relationship Banker II is a key role at Regions Bank, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with customers to understand their financial goals and objectives
  • Provide guidance and recommendations on Regions Bank's products and services
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention
  • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to customers
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the banking industry
  • Knowledge of financial products and services
  • Ability to work in a sales environment and meet sales targets
