Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as an Education Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing educational programs, materials, and activities that promote clinical excellence and enhance the skills of our nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement educational programs, materials, and activities that meet the needs of our nursing staff.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to identify training needs and develop targeted educational programs.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to nursing staff to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver high-quality patient care.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Current RN license in the state of Georgia.
  • Four years of experience in nursing, including one year of teaching experience.
  • MSN in Nursing Education preferred.
