Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Contract Registered Nurse to join our Special Care Nursery team at Sibley Memorial Hospital. As a Contract RN, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to infants and their families in the Special Care Nursery
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements
  • Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the District of Columbia
  • Graduation from an accredited program for Registered Nurses
  • 2+ year NICU RN experience
  • AHA CPR card
Salary Range

Minimum $65.00 per hour - Maximum $65.00 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
