Position Overview: The Pediatric Cardiologist specializing in Advanced Imaging plays a crucial role in diagnosing and managing cardiovascular conditions in children. This position involves utilizing state-of-the-art imaging techniques to provide comprehensive care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat pediatric patients suffering from cardiovascular diseases and disorders.
- Conduct advanced imaging procedures tailored for pediatric patients.
- Review patient histories and perform thorough examinations.
- Offer both inpatient and outpatient consultations to fellow medical professionals as required.
- Participate in after-hours call coverage as necessary.
- Engage in departmental meetings focused on administrative and academic matters.
- Travel frequently to various locations to provide patient care.

Location: New Orleans, LA
Qualifications:
- M.D. or D.O. degree is required.
- Must possess a valid medical license in Louisiana.
- Completion of a pediatric residency program.
- Completion of a pediatric cardiology fellowship.
- Completion of a fellowship in advanced cardiac imaging for pediatrics.
