Medical Care Assistant

As a Certified Nursing Assistant I, you will be responsible for providing direct and indirect patient care under the direction of nursing staff. Your duties will include feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, or moving patients, as well as changing linens. You may also be required to transfer or transport patients.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, physicians, peers, and other healthcare members. You will be responsible for documenting all aspects of patient care in a timely manner and participating in unit quality improvement initiatives. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain a safe environment, complying with NLH policies and procedures, and reporting any environmental hazards or patient safety violations.
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience. In addition, this position is eligible for a sign-on bonus of $3,500 (minus tax), paid out incrementally with work commitment.
