Job Description: Industrial Flooring Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Flooring Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of polished concrete flooring systems in commercial, industrial, and retail environments.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as extensive knowledge of polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems. Additionally, you should have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

The estimated salary range for this position is $30-$40 per hour, depending on experience. Our company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, life insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and employee stock ownership program. In this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Supervising and training flooring service technicians
  • Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations
  • Managing project timelines and budgets

Responsibilities:
  • Repair and maintain polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems
  • Diagnose floor issues and safety hazards
  • Supervise flooring service maintenance crews

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 3+ years of experience in flooring installation and maintenance
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
