Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN)

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to join our dynamic team at Hire Energy. As an ER RN, you will play a vital role in providing expert care to patients during their most urgent healthcare needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Assessment and Triage: Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine the level of care required.
  • Emergency Care: Provide immediate care to patients in emergency situations, including stabilizing patients and administering medications.
  • Monitoring and Observation: Continuously monitor patients' vital signs and observe their condition to identify any changes or concerns.
  • Collaboration with Healthcare Team: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on their conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
  • Documentation and Charting: Accurately document patient information and treatment plans in the medical record.
  • Emergency Preparedness: Participate in emergency preparedness and response activities, including drills and training exercises.
Requirements:
  • 2 years experience with travel or 3 years experience with no travel
  • Compact or TN License at time of submittal
  • COVID-19 Vaccine
  • Flu Vaccine
