Key Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse (RN) serves as a vital caregiver, utilizing the nursing process to deliver and oversee patient care for a designated group of individuals.

  • Exhibits consistent competence and compliance, ensuring accurate documentation in line with the Nurse Practice Act and established standards.
  • Effectively addresses the needs of patients and their families, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and efficiency.
  • Delivers outstanding customer service and communication, employing SBAR principles during all interactions.
  • Continuously assesses and synthesizes patient data to develop a comprehensive clinical picture, utilizing both independent and collaborative nursing processes to provide excellent care.

Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
  • Current Texas RN License is mandatory.
  • BLS certification is required.
