Key Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience as an HVAC Technician
  • A genuine enthusiasm for teaching and sharing HVAC insights

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver HVAC training sessions utilizing Lincoln Tech's recognized educational framework
  • Provide practical, hands-on training to enhance student competencies in a state-of-the-art facility
  • Encourage student development, professionalism, and responsibility
  • Establish a supportive and dynamic classroom atmosphere
  • Monitor and assist in tracking student achievements
  • Equip students for rewarding careers in HVAC

  • Basic proficiency in computer usage
